Fundamental design of Teikoku pumps. Chemical service pumps for a wide range of sludge-free liquids. Available in 304 SS, 316 SS and other high alloys. Available with optional heating or cooling jackets for motor and pump. Available with explosion proof motors.

TYPE R Recirculating Cooling

TYPE RW/RV and/or FW/FV (Vertical in-line)

Vertical reversible circulation models, RV and RW are designed for high vapor pressure, volatile hydrocarbons. Recommended for low viscosity liquids and high vapor pressure. Vertical configuration and reverse circulation facilitate ventilation and ensure stable operation and long life in low NPSH systems. The encapsulated motor pump design eliminates seal maintenance and associated downtime. Vertical models FW and FV save space and have a hollow shaft automatic ventilation design. The small mounting footprint saves space and makes it applicable for skid mount and other OEM equipment.

TYPES K and K-S (Full Steam Jacket)

Type K is coated for liquids with relatively low melting point, such as oleic acid, fatty acids, acetic acid, caustic soda, etc. Type K-S is highly coated for liquids with relatively high melting point such as maleic acid, bishenal, naphthalene, etc.

SG/XG TYPES (Gas Seal Mud)

SG and XG are vertical design pumps for relatively large amount of slurry. XG has a circulating and self-sealing fluid in the engine chamber. Type SG has external washing. Both designs use a gas chamber between the pump and motor. They are also used for pumping inherently unstable chemicals that are prone to polymerization/crystallization.

RW VERTICAL HIGH PRESSURE MODEL

The RW model is designed for leak-free or seal-free pumping of volatile liquids at high or low temperatures under high system pressures, up to and including 35 MPa/5,000 psi. Applications range from nuclear and chemical processes to hot water circulation and supercritical fluid circulation.
TYPE BP Circulation Pump

PT PUMP – REGENERATIVE TURBINE

Designed for the pumping (efficient, low flow, high head and leak-free) of volatile and expensive liquids such as cleaning agents and thermal control liquids. The applications are used in both general industrial and OEM machine applications. Regenerative turbine PT pumps are also available with explosion-proof motors in the chemical process industries or any application where leak-free pumping is required.

TYPE BP (Circulation Pump for Vertical Boiler)

Encapsulated hot water circulation pumps without leaks and maintenance. Design features include vertical mounting orientation above the engine for self-ventilation. The BP design is the best technology available to update and replace the wet stator of vertical boiler circulation pumps used in power generation plants. Users can expect longer engine life. TYPE BM (High Pressure, High Temperature & High Head)

Multi-stage pump with horizontal centerline supported with a high temperature duty encapsulated motor and supplied with a heat exchanger for precise temperature control of the internal lubrication flow.
All the advantages of encapsulated pumps are inherent in the BM design for the most difficult pumping applications in refineries and petrochemical process plants. Unlike conventional API pumps, BM pumps require no external lubrication, seal, flush, couplings or alignment of mechanical components

Encapsulated pump with horizontal centerline mounting per API685 (API specification for sealless pumps) for high temperature liquids. This photo shows a TCMP designed and manufactured according to API685 specifications for the pumping high temperature hydrocarbons under elevated system pressure in a refinery application. API685 TCMP pumps are available at 220 Kw and 35 MPa/5000 psi system pressure.
